Fully Funded 2026/28 Erasmus Mundus EMAI Scholarship
The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s in Artificial Intelligence (EMAI) is now open for the 2026/2028 academic cycle. This highly competitive and fully funded program aims to attract exceptional candidates from around the world who have a strong academic background and an interest in advanced AI studies.
The program promotes global diversity, inclusion, and internationalisation by bringing together students from multiple countries to study across top European universities.

Program Structure
The two-year Master’s program is structured to give students international exposure and research experience.
- 1st Semester: UPF, Barcelona
- 2nd Semester: Choice of Rome, Nijmegen, or Ljubljana
- 3rd & 4th Semesters: Specialization at any of the four partner universities
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to applicants from all nationalities.
- Strong background in computer science, software engineering, applied mathematics, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Final-year undergraduate students may apply.
- Preferred backgrounds include: Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications, etc.
