Energia Graduate Trainee Programme for Nigeria’s Next-Gen Energy Professionals
Energia Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading independent energy companies, has launched its Graduate Trainee Programme—an intensive career-building initiative designed to develop the next generation of energy professionals.
The programme provides hands-on learning across core technical and business units, supported by mentorship from experienced industry experts. Participants will gain exposure to both field and office operations, giving them a strong understanding of Energia’s activities and the wider oil and gas value chain.
As a Graduate Trainee, you will work on real projects, learn from seasoned professionals, and receive structured coaching that accelerates your professional growth. Outstanding performers may also be considered for full-time roles upon completion of the programme.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Petroleum Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
- Geoscience
- Business or Finance
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Second Class Lower (2:2) with a Distinction Master’s degree.
- Completion of NYSC in 2023 or later.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
