Program Details

The internship will take place at the UNDP Information and Technology Management (ITM) Unit in Copenhagen, supporting UNDP Country Offices across more than 170 countries. UNDP is seeking People Development Interns with knowledge or interest in areas such as Onboarding & People Management, Leadership Development, Capability & Career Development, Data & Knowledge Management, Evaluation, and Communication.

10 People Development Interns for the Copenhagen office.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program; OR final-year undergraduate; OR recently graduated (within 1 year).
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, or e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Applicants from any country can apply.

Internship Duration & Benefits

  • Duration: 6 months (February 2 – July 31, 2026)
  • Stipend: ~$1000 per month (part-time prorated)
